The Box Shop - Soweto, South Africa

---

Located at the top of Soweto’s popular Vilakazi Street, The Box Shop Lifestyle is recognized by its distinctive contemporary building built entirely from shipping containers and is envisaged as a space where local entrepreneurs can grow and develop their brands. The venue boasts three separate usable event spaces with multiple rooms, totaling to a standing capacity of 1,100.

The stylishly-converted container structure features triple-height ceilings and metal beams, and the venue makes a raw and unique playground of space. It also features a large outdoor car park, the size of which is almost impossible to find in the precinct.

Just a short distance from the famous Mandela House, The Box Shop Lifestyle is well-suited for activations, brand launches, conferences, pop-ups and music festivals.
